  12. I have a Picasso II graphic card and an NEC XE-17 (min. h-freq. 31 kHz).
  13. The frequency used by the Cirrus Logic Console is too low and the monitor
  14. is unable to sync to it.  Does anyone know what values I need to patch?
  15. (or change in the source, it's no problem for me to recompile it).
